One of the most beautiful monasteries I know is Notre Dame De Sion in Ein Karem.
A place of peace and quiet.
We stayed there for a couple of days ,enjoying the simplicity and the calm .
Reading and resting .
The rooms are very simple , monastic ,you might say ...
Lots of space and air .
